If I've piqued your interest but you're still skeptical, then I totally understand. Because I was in the same situation a few years ago. I was often dissatisfied in my life, searching for my true self. Physical symptoms such as panic attacks, inner unrest and tension pushed me to deal with myself and work on myself from a very early age.  I often waited for that one moment when something would just click in my head and I would finally experience a change, finally wake up and start enjoying my life. But of course not much happened by itself. From one goal to another, I achieved everything I wanted and still had burnout. It wasn't until I decided to take part in mentoring to find my purpose, started reading the right books and showed myself vulnerable with my fears so that I felt this change over time.Since more than ten years, I have gained experience in various forms of therapy and coaching, tried out different approaches and constantly expanded my knowledge for a healthier life. Now I would like to pass on my knowledge to you for a more mindful, authentic and balanced lifestyle.  It's a process, not an event. ​
